Diane Collier started supervising the seminar department when her husband, Richard Collier, purchased Collier & Associates from Harvey Sarner in 1987. Upon graduation from college, she worked for Time Magazine in the advertising and marketing department. Then she was a high school math teacher and tutor.

For nearly three decades, Mrs. Collier has chosen the destinations and the hotels for the seminars. She has made wonderful ongoing contacts with leaders in the travel industry. She works hard to find upscale properties with outstanding group rates that usually include perks like breakfasts, discounts on spa, golf, etc. From chartering great cruises in Alaska to terrific family trips in Costa Rica, and at hundreds of beautiful properties throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, her goals are to ensure that Collier doctors love the location, the price and the camaraderie that develops among attendees.
