Wan has been practicing corporate law for over 18 years. She has substantial experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions, practice transitions and general corporate matters. Over the years, Wan has been able to combine her knowledge of corporate law with practical business acumen to provide her clients with practical advice on a wide range of legal issues.

In addition to being a Special Counsel for Collier & Associates, Inc., Wan is also general counsel for Evergreen National Indemnity Company. Her prior experience includes working for Baker & Hostetler, one of Ohio’s premier law firms, where she was named an Ohio Super Lawyer. She also worked in New York City for two multinational law firms, White & Case and Jones Day, where she gained valuable experience working on large financing and acquisition transactions involving both publicly traded and private corporations.
