As an associate of Collier & Associates Co., L.P.A., Sean provides counsel to doctors at all stages of their career, whether joining a practice following graduation, seeking to buy into an already established practice, start their own practice, or enter into retirement.

Sean brings with him a vast wealth of knowledge in areas such as practice valuations, tax allocations, employment and independent contractor agreements, and buy-sell and partnership agreements. He also regularly consults with clients to provide practice management advice on corporate director minutes, and entity selection.

Prior to joining our firm, Sean worked in estate planning and all functions of corporate law, including but not limited to business structuring, managing contracts, negotiations, and business transactions.

Sean is a valued member of the Ohio State Bar and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

In his free time, Sean enjoys Penn State football games, going to the Outerbanks (where he was married in 2021), exploring Cleveland's brewery scene and watching The Office.
