This seminar is designed to help dentists in their first ten years of practice build a strong financial foundation and make smart decisions as they grow in their careers. From maximizing tax deduction strategies and selecting (and funding) the right retirement plans, to boosting practice profits and offering competitive employee benefits, this course provides the essential knowledge needed to thrive, whether you're an associate or practice owner. By the end, you’ll be equipped to confidently manage your personal and business finances, make informed decisions about investments and insurance, and set yourself up for long-term financial success.

Some of the topics covered at this seminar are:

  • Aggressive but legal tax-saving strategies that you can use as an owner or associate
  • Understanding the various retirement plan and IRA options and which combinations work best at different stages of a career
  • Strategies for building the practice and boosting profits
  • Insurance... what you need and what you don't (life, disability, liability, office, cyber security, and more)
  • How to offer employee benefits that are most appreciated, including an emphasis on health care reimbursements and HSAs
  • Financial planning - saving, investing, and paying down debt; understanding stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other asset classes to build a successful retirement portfolio

SCHEDULE

Please arrive at the meeting room between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 26, to sign in and receive course materials. The lecture will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday with question and answer periods before and after the meeting. Outlines will be used as a guide to the course.

It would be useful to have a list of specific questions ready, but we will cover the most commonly asked ones in detail during the seminar as well. All course material will be provided while checking in on the first day. For complete candidness, tape recorders will not be allowed at the program.

REGISTRATION

Brandon holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude, a Juris Doctor Degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and a Master's Degree in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.

No refunds are possible after this timeframe. For cancellation within 30 days, a credit will be provided towards a future seminar for medical emergencies only. Account credits must be used within one year of the issue date.
